Cimento provisions your tenant and your first administrator account during onboarding. Everything below is configured from the Cimento admin console under Admin → Integrations.

Where setup happens

Integrations are grouped by what they connect: Each card opens a step-by-step wizard. Progress is saved between steps, so one person can start a wizard and the owner of the vendor console can finish it. Every tool also has a follow-along guide under Integrations.
If a card you expect is missing for your tenant, ask your Cimento contact to enable it.

Checklist

Choose a directory source

Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. You will need an administrator of that system to connect it. See Employee directory.

Line up tool owners

Each tool needs someone who administers it, such as your Google Workspace Super Admin or Microsoft Entra Global Administrator. The Who you will need table lists the role for each.

Pick pilot groups

A small group of employees for the first phishing campaign, and a small audience for the first training campaign.

What Cimento does not need

Cimento never asks for the password of a Google, Microsoft or Okta administrator account. Instead, you authorize Cimento’s own service account or application in your admin console, with only the permissions listed on the relevant page.
