Content library

The library under Admin → Training → Content library holds Cimento-maintained courses and lessons. Assign them directly from a campaign, or copy one into your own courses to edit it.

Build your own

A course is an ordered set of lessons. Under Admin → Training → Courses you can:

Author in the editor. Lessons are built from interactive frames: cards, flip cards, tabs, accordions, process flows, do/don’t and myth/fact comparisons, spotlights and matrices, plus video, quizzes and optional voiceover.
Import a PDF or slide deck. Cimento converts each page or slide into a lesson frame you can then edit.
Generate with AI. Describe the topic and audience and Cimento drafts a course you can review and edit before publishing.

Preview any lesson as an employee would see it before it goes into a campaign.

Completion requirements

Each lesson can require a minimum time spent, a passing quiz score, or an explicit acknowledgment before it counts as complete. Quiz attempts and answers are recorded per employee.
